London Theatre Runway was founded by Director and Olivier Award winning Choreographer Matt Cole during the peak of the 2020 pandemic. LTR is dedicated to providing first-rate training to professionals and graduates in a safe, judgement-free environment where members can connect with each other and enhance their existing skill set, whilst working alongside some of the industry's most prestigious creatives.

🕺🏻 Matt Cole - Founder of London Theatre Runway
Matt is an Olivier Award-winning Choreographer, which recognised his work for Disney’s Newsies in London. He has choreographed and directed productions worldwide, including Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma! and Fisherman’s Friends. Matt created LTR as a safe and rewarding place for professional performers to hone their craft whilst working alongside leading industry professionals.
📓 Harry Winchester - Programme Director
Harry trained in Musical Theatre at the Arts Educational School, London. Since graduating, his performing credits include productions at the Regents Park Open Air Theatre, the London Coliseum, the Lowry and the Royal Opera House. Harry is also a Casting Assistant, which has led him to work on some of the largest productions in the West End, and beyond!

📲 Liz Heinrichs - Marketing Manager
Liz is an overall creative marketing professional with a special love for social media and content creation. Since graduation from the University of Greenwich with a Master of Arts in Strategic Marketing Communications, she has worked as a freelance social media manager, graphic designer and content creator with clients in various sectors in the UK and beyond. Liz is also a live entertainment photographer, and has worked with productions such as Dear Evan Hansen (West End) or Cirque du Soleil’s show Luzia.

Our workshop leaders are all experts, currently working in the business. They have their finger on the pulse of the industry and impart valuable, up-to-date advice, skill and feedback. We constantly bring in new practitioners, to keep our training fresh and current.
